Domain Shortening
With all the fuss about Social Networking only getting bigger, I did a little research into the whole idea of Domain Shortening. The idea is far from new now but there are lots of new thoughts about the best way to manage the process for your website.

I think I am!!
I’ve now got both ELPsych! and DisabledPeople.org looking quite reasonable. Well, I think so anyway! I’ve jumped in with both feet and now have all three of my sites using the Suffusion Theme by Sayontan Sinha. Obviously there are similarities between the sites, something that I want with ELPsych! and DisabledPeople, but the differences are there as well, making all three sites unique.

Disabled People
Just recently I acquired the domain http://DisabledPeople.org and decided I would use it as a review/resource blog for anything on the web that might be of interest to disabled people. I’ve started off with a few site reviews and a couple of articles about some of the essential things disabled people need to know about. My feeling is that there are plenty of resources telling disabled people what they need to know, the problem is that none of this information is volunteered. I’ve just started work on a revamped site for the Dunbar Community Woodland Group here in Dunbar. They are a very small organisation charged with looking after the woodland at Lochend and around all the new housing in the town.
