I ordered: B37LTB GradeFS4200SatBox on 22/02/2009
Your website states that I should receive my goods 1–3 working days after placing an order. I waited for a week after receiving the Order Dispatched email from you but my order still hadn’t arrived. Despite the information on your website, I was told I needed to wait an additional 2 working days before I could make a claim for an item not arriving and the claim had to be made by email.
I did not receive a response to this email.
Today I phoned, 17 days after placing the order. I was concerned that I would not receive the order in time for this weekend when it is needed.
I was told that the item is out of stock and that I would not be receiving my order.
On Wednesday last week when I made the first call to Customer Services, the item was in stock.
When I wrote the email I was told I had to write, the item was in stock.
Therefore, it was more than possible for you to send me a replacement product in time for this weekend.
I asked if it was possible for me to be sent a replacement product of any kind before the weekend. I was told that this was impossible. This is despite you offering a Next Day Delivery option when ordering.
The service I have received is appalling. It was easy for you to rectify this situation within the time frame and since you have not managed to do this, you have left me high and dry. There was no alternative offered to me and the rep I spoke to did not care (probably because she was unable to do anything).
Since you have left me stuck, without a care, I obviously have no desire to deal with your company again. Please remove me from both your email and snail mail mailing lists.
I will post a copy of this email and any responce on my blog. I will also record whether or not you are able to follow instructions regarding mailing lists.
